17.2 Technical analysis (double)

You might have noticed that investing in stocks involves a lot of statistical data: Figures, prices, etc. Fortunately, there are several tools available to express the data graphically,  for example, charts. For many people,  it is easier to see a development using a chart.

Financial analysis is a tactic to examine the financial statistics of a share to calculate the real value of a company. By checking economic and financial factors related to a certain share we can measure the intrinsic value. This is how we identify whether a share is overvalued or undervalued.
